I have noticed since my subscription begun there has been no emails confirming my payment had been accepted nor has there been confirmation my box has been sent. is there some way other than calling to see the status of my current box? The only time I get notified is when the shipping company notifies me its been picked up from the sender.
please help me

Hi there, you should receive an email when payment is taken for your month of parts and a second email when the parts ship.if you are not getting any notifications and just receiving parts I would contact customer service to check they have your correct email.
