Here in Mexico we are almost finishing our build, currently at issue 93, but it's very hard to find good batteries, and by now I haven't found any international supplier who can send to Mexico the batteries.

I am in USA but got mine from this place.A lot of companies ship them from China too so there may be a delay.I know Mexico has some restrictions on imports but I didnt see Lipoly batteries listed.Do you have any stores locally that sell vaping devices? They usually can get lipo batteries, but you need to make sure you get the right ones for R2 D2.They need to be button top and unprotected.Most of the batteries sold for vaping devices will not work, but the store may be able to help you source a supplier. https://www.batteryjunction.comcarl
