Cool food for thought
check out Jinks's Yamato build for ideas for using micro motors, that way we MAY be able to use running gear to scale if using four props

I hope there is just as much hull space for fitting them ????

I have stored the parts untill I have the whole Keel or at least too part 10 when the R/C conversion kicks in.

I am building this model purely because it can be made to be R/C, although I will build it to the best of my ability, I am not going to delve into the total accuracy of the model, I will leave that to others more qualified.Cool

A little preview into issue 2 which will be more parts of the stern:-

I saw this in smiths the other day when on holiday and got all excited, but the boss did not seem quite so thrilled! is it going to stay out this time, or is it yet another test run?? i hope not, if it is i quite fancy it with r/c!!

ISSUE ONE.

I thought I would make a start on the build so I cut out all the pieces (after I had marked them all) and stored them :-

Bet you are just itching to get started on your new build MWG, and having seen the TV add several times yesterday alone, I must say that the temptation is driving me ruddy nuts!! But hey-ho...I want to build the Surprise next, so I'm gonna have to just drool over the hood builds...Keep us posted mate...

Hi Mike,
I think with most part works weekly it takes 2-3 weeks for issue 2 to come out to give people time too get issue one and while the ads are on the telly.

Chris.
