R2 Issue 27 projector problem Options

I am having the projector problem mentioned by others in previous threads.

I am creating a new thread as the other one was a couple of years ago

I only get the white dot when I try to test my projector..

The customer service phone number is no longer in service

How do I contact c/s to get a replacement issue 27?
