Nice two for the price of one in this build then. Look forward to seeing these. As for the delivery situation, I think its down to being in the second most infected region of the country with Covid19. I have a list of things awaiting delivery, some of which have been over two weeks. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Hi thanks to all who looked in and left comments much appreciated, a very small amount done, remove the 9 spark plugs on the cylinders at the back, leaving the ones on the sides glue to half's together then add the 9 pushrods, new blade needed here as they are rather delicate. This is the rotary engine on the amc dh2. Penny in shot for scale purposes. Nice to see your Wingnut Wings build up and running Mick and wasn't expecting to see two at once! Like the start on the DH.2 engine, should look cool under some paint and looking forward to seeing the DH.9 as well. I thought about purchasing their DH.9 'Ninak' version at some point so will be interested to see what comes in your kit. Keep up the good work mate and great to see another much needed aircraft build on here, so well done for that!
I will be posting another update on my WnW Bristol F.2b Fighter tomorrow as I've finished the cockpit part of the build today!

Hi Mick,
You didn’t shirk on the rigging challenge, did you? The Dh.2 looks like a ball of yarn a cat had fun with!
Have you seen the Taurus Models engine suitable for the Dh? Stunning doesn’t quite cover it.
I’m looking forward to seeing these 2 come together.

Hi thanks to all who looked in and left comments much appreciated, did see the taurus engine, but I'm quite happy with kit one, there both a rats nest on rigging, should be fun, I'll try this rigging line on them,in pic below. I built up the dh 9 engine, still needs carbs fitting, and bin painting them up,and dirty them up a bit, my phone not that good at pics close up, so was best I could do.cheers mick. mogwai attached the following image(s): Builds hms victory, suzuki gsx 1300 R hayabusa, honda C B 750, lamborghini countach L P 500 S, tamiya 1/16 rc full option tiger 1 tank, built, Mclaren M P 4 - 23. I second all the engine comments Mick, metal castings are possibly the hardest metallics to get right and those look brilliant! Well done! Robin. Excellent paintwork on those engines Mick, and as has already been said, very realistic looking! Like the look of the in-line engine from your DH.9, looks to have some nice detail in it.
Well done mate, looking good and keep it coming, I'll be following!

Hi thanks to all who looked in and left comments much appreciated, bit more done on the dh 2,got most of the cockpit painted up,just floor panels to woodgrain, still waiting for me oil paints to come, put the cross rigging in the framework, it's slightly bigger in diameter than a human hair, the two bits sticking out here and there will be attached to the rudder bar, once the wood bin done in this area, started on the fuselage painting the inside. It's just dry fitted at mo just to get idea what looks like assembled.
