Why when you call the customer service number the rep never has any real information regarding your order? every time I call call to find out what the current hold up is I get the same answer. it is at the warehouse awaiting shipping. I am missing March, April, and now May of the Millennium Falcon. I understand the COVID issue we are having and I would be cool with that; except i am being told that isnt the case from the call center. My biggest issue is i shouldnt have to wait now 3 months for a supervisor to call me. I ask to speak with a supervisor every time I call because the call taker has no information.and there is never a supervisor. please help me I have paid my fees i shuld be entitled to a reasonable explaination as to what is going on.
