Does anyone know where I can get the blue and gold braid used for lacing the armour from and what grade and shade to ask for? thanks

It would be very difficult to match as it was supplied in Japan. If you email:
sales@model-space.co.uk and quote the stage number of the materials you require, you should be able to get hold of what you need.

Unfortunately, the site is in Japanese. I have placed an order for hopefully something similar in the kit. I will keep everyone posted. I heard you can send an email in English and then owner understands it. Also, this site has larger diameter cords for full size armor so to be honest, I would rather use their cords and re-do them all if it matches (or looks better) Good thing.. I'm only on pack 4. The flat braided cord is 900 yen for 30 meters which I think is plenty for a redo. Not sure how much shipping will be. He does have color sample card which I have ordered also.
