Hi All

I voted "other", as F1 fans are already being catered for with the McLaren.

Please do not misunderstand me. I am also a fan and will be investing in the McLaren as soon as it is available here.

I would like to build one of the classics: Porsche 911, Bentley, GT40, Maserati, Ferrari, Benz Silver Arrow, Merc Gullwing, etc. either in a racing or standard guise...or what about the option to build either/or variant in the same kit??

I am drooling over the DB5 being offered by another partworks publisher (also not available here) yet...wink, wink

Regards
Jacques

I would like to see Hills Williams car as the next F1 model to be built. It was because of the Williams team that I really got into F1 racing. Plus it was another British winner of course !!!

I realise this is neither a car or a bike, but what about a steam train?

Flying Scotsman or the Mallard would be nice to build BigGrin

I voted hills Williams, but I'd be just as happy with the bentley speed 8, or the Aston Martin dbr9 le mans, in the gulf livery.

Probably out of date for a vote, but would be good to get a grid of special F1 cars through the years all at 1/8 scale.
12 months per car ?

I know the bentley blower is a beautiful car, amazing in many respects but, dare I say it. A bit old fashioned. Don't get me wrong I love classic cars my dad has always had beautiful classics but as a model I personally want something reasonably modern. Sorry to be a kill joy to all you classic lovers. Just love the modern stuff.

Just thought I'd throw my bit in..

Maybe the "Back to the future" Delorean, Such a well noticed car and an interesting background too.

Well to get the other half to agree to me getting another large model, and forking out another £600ish, it would have to be a lot better than the deloren from back to the future. Sorry magpie. Aston Martin dbr, gulf livery.

Just a thought lol. But a couple of iconic cars that really spring to mind are the Ford Model T, the Ford Gt40, E type Jag and the Lamborghini Countach(my child hood dream) . But. As you put it £600 is high if its not a decent car. So maybe the Williams that Mansell won the title in. The list goes on lol. Could even throw a Lemans car in the frame or A Ford 200 Rally car.

Gt40, now that's a car, maybe the racing version, in the gulf livery?
