I’ve been eyeing this model up since it was tested and I’m still interested in it. But a couple of issues.... 1st wrong year. 2nd wrong colour. 3rd wrong design. Ok ok I know this is a great film well anyway the first couple, but for me if your going to do a 1/8 scale Dodge Charger there is only one that should be done. That’s the 1969 Dodge Charger, yes the one from the Dukes of Hazzard. So I’m looking at possible converting this in to that... Does anyone have the test issue of the bonnet and the mags so I can see what I need to look at changing, so far from a quick look I need to do the following. Rebuild the hood. Redo the front grill and headlights. Redo the rear lights. Possible look at interior. Redo the wheels. And get rid of the big block air intake. My Favourite Building:- 1919 https://forum.model-spac...=339517&#post339517 -
Current Build - 0-6-0 https://forum.deagostini...=351803&#post351803 Enterprise D - https://forum.deagostini...=posts&t=35768&

The things that have been pointed out is just a part of it, I am building the Charger and have found that this V8 has a 7 Post Distributor Cap and no coil or coil wire, what would be a coil post it is a spark plug wire Really research the engine. Like in the Mad Max show, Mel Gibson hit a switch to turn on the blower can't happen. In this model the Blower is not driven by the crankshaft it is driven by the waterpump seriously research, if these models are suppose to be a replica of the car, please please do research. I am fear to find out what other parts are not correct.
