Having fancied building one of these since it was released a few years back I didn't think it would be a possibility. However a chance encounter on ebay, whilst looking for a couple of DeLorean issues,i had stumbled across a couple of issues for sale in Italy. This led me to look into what issues were available to purchase and whether it was feasible to start collecting. At first it didn't seem too bad there looked to be enough issues around for maybe a third of the 100 issues needed. After realising that this could turn out at best to be a long haul and at worse a never ending search for particular issues that I wouldn't get unless it was released again. If nothing else I could always sell the parts I had acquired as a job lot. So in February this year I splashed the cash and started buying issues from anywhere I could get them. Luckily for me I managed to find a couple of great sellers in Italy and Russia who turned out to enable me to get around 85% of the issues I needed and for reasonable prices. Unfortunately due to the pandemic the postal systems have understandably suffered but I am pleased to say that my last seven issues are on there way to me even as I type this. Andreas has his superb build on here already so hopefully mine will compliment his as you can never have too many Ferraris Issues 1-10 We start this by attaching the logo onto the front nosecone before moving onto construction of the drivers seat. We the receive the first of the rear tyres which also contains some inner foam and front splitter parts which has a lovely carbon effect. The splitter parts are then secured to the front nosecone. The first rear wheel is supplied next and the wheel nut cap contains a small magnet to help keep it in place. The tyre is then fitted to the rim and is nice and pliable so no need to warm it up first. Moving on to the bonnet the hinges are fixed in place followed by the diffusers. The airbox also comes in a carbon effect and has the position for the chrome badges already marked for you. Next we move on to the valve covers and people building the Ferrari F-40 will understand the trepidation putting all the chrome bolt heads in the right place. Finally we then fit the front mesh into the nosecone. So far this has been a joy to fit together with no issues and the parts all feel and look of a good quality. Thanks for looking gents Issues 11-15 We start by receiving a front wheel and damper parts for the bonnet. After fitting the damper its time to fit a tyre to the wheel before assembling the passenger seat. Next we receive the cockpit area including dashboard with some nicely flocked and carbon look parts. In issue 15 we receive the clock binnacle complete with electrics and a nicely detailed steering wheel. These were added to the dashboard and the steering column, paddles and steering wheel added. Thanks guys Issues 16-23 We start this by receiving some cabin parts and add the bulkhead center console and part of the floor. Next issue we get the second front tyre and continue work in the cabin by adding the floormats, a part of the console, handbrake and seat belt clip mountings. The other front wheel is next and its tyre fitted. The footpedal assembly is next and is a snug fit. Next we get parts for the brake cooling system, we fit one grill and fan but the speaker for the car sounds has been cleverly incorporated into the other fan unit. we move onto the next issue and build the luggage area for a supercar with a nice carbon effect lid. The rear wheel is next up and also the fitting of the extractor to the fan unit. The last rear tyre is then fitted to the rear wheel. Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Issues 24-30 We start off on this first by adding the seatbelts to the cabin before the separator screen is fitted. The drivers seat is then fitted and assembly begins on the engine block. The alternator is fitted and the cylinder heads are added along with the induction chamber. The last parts added are for the start of the transmission. Al Spal attached the following image(s):
