Hello everybody,

here is a little tutorial on how to stick my remote control for the X-Wing Smile

First of all, the workplace should be clean and dust-free!
Then the remote control is dismantled again, since sticking it with the pushbuttons becomes unnecessarily difficult and, in the worst case, breaks the film when readjusting.
Clean the upper housing and make it grease-free. This ensures that the film holds properly.

removes half of the carrier film from the sticker and cuts it off in half,

glue the cut piece with the easily detachable side back to the end of the sticker as shown

when that's done it looks something like this, Wink now you can handle the sticker without touching the adhesive surface with your fingers,

Now you can position the film so that it sits optimally on the openings of the remote control,

check again whether the film is properly seated,

then press in the middle over the openings,

then carefully remove the top carrier film and press the adhesive film evenly upwards until everything should fit smoothly and glue properly over the openings.

then carefully pull the bottom carrier film down and press the adhesive film onto the housing.

Now your remote should look like this Wink and you will enjoy it for a long time.

Please take your time, there is nothing worse than making a mistake by hectic pace !!! Nobody rushes you

I hope that this tutorial will help you should you have any questions Confused, just ask ThumpUp

I wish you a nice evening Smile
