Pack 18 contains parts for stages 67-69

Stage 67

Contents: Left handle, Clutch lever, Button bracket, Buttons, Lever assembly, Connector, Ring, Ring nut support, Collar

Take the adjustment ring and fit it into the end of the ring nut support. Now place the support over the left handle, into the notch, and fit the collar onto the underside. Fit the left handle button bracket and buttons around the handle as shown. Fit the lever assembly into the two holes in the handle and fit the connector into the indicated hole in the handle. Now insert the post of the clutch lever into the front hole in the handle.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 68

Contents: Right handle, Brake lever, Button support, Connector, Button, Tube cables x 2

Take the right handle, button support and buttons and fit them around the right handle. Insert the connector into the indicated hole in the right handle. Take the brake lever and insert it into the front hole in the right handle, then separate the two tube cables from the sprue. Fit the two cables into the holes as shown.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 69

Contents: Right grip, Left grip, Left end cap, Bracket, Type C screws

Retrieve the left handle from Stage 67, the left grip and left end cap, fit the grip over the handle and then insert the end cap into the grip. Slide the right grip onto the right handle. Secure the bracket to the right handle with the type C screw and mount the two handles to the top of the forks.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
