Pack 20 contains parts for stages 74-77

Stage 74

Contents: Rear tyre

Take the 140mm tube (Stage 72) and fix it to the connector part on the left handlebar, securing with glue if necessary. Pass the tube through the instrument panel and fit the free end to the brake lever, you may want to shorten the tube and secure with glue if necessary. Now fix the 30mm tube (Stage 72) to the points on the lower front left of the instrument panel and on top of the intake.
Retrieve the two reservoirs assembled in Stage 72. Connect the green hose of the brake fluid reservoir to the point on the front brake, then fit the reservoir into the front right of the upper triple tree, use glue if needed. Fit the clutch fluid reservoir to the front left of the upper triple tree and the hose to the point on the clutch lever. Join the brake caliper wirings (Stage 73) to the two 150mm tubes (Stage 73). Retrieve the connector and the 140, 105, 65 and 45mm tubes supplied with Stage 73. Fit the tubes to the connector as shown, using glue to secure them if necessary.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 75

Contents: Rear wheel

Insert the wheel into the tyre at a right angle then turn the wheel into the tyre, making sure the walls of the tyre are properly seated on the rim. Prepare one of the connector and wheel axle caps supplied with Stage 73. Fit the cap into the end of the axle and insert the connector into the hole at the top of the brake caliper. Fit the second axle cap and connector (Stage 73) to the axle and caliper on the right side of the front wheel.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 76

Contents: Rear brake disc, Rear caliper bracket

Lead the end of the 150mm tube fitted to the left caliper wiring down to the left side of the front wheel. Insert the end into the pegs matching hole at the fork base, positioning the rest of the tube as shown. Pass the other end of the cable up through the fender support and push it into the indicated hole in the instrument panel. Now fit the right caliper wiring from the right front caliper to the instrument panel in the same way as the left. Retrieve the four-way connector assembled in Stage 74. Fix the free end of the 105mm tube to the right brake caliper connector then move the connector higher and fit the end of the 65mm tube onto the instrument panel, as shown. Now fit the 45mm tube to the underside of the brake lever and fit the end of the 140mm tube to the left brake caliper connector.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 77

Contents: Rear sprocket

Prepare the rear wheel (Stage 75) and the rear brake disc, supplied with Stage 76 and position the wheel as shown. Place the brake disc onto the wheel, using a little glue if necessary. Turn the rear wheel over and locate the three holes that correspond with the pins on the sprocket. Press the sprocket into place on the wheel. Secure with glue if necessary.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
