Hello
I placed an order for Easy rider full kit on April 27th, my PayPal account was debited on April 29th, but as of today 11th June still no sign of kit.
Customer support has been good at replying to my emails promising delivery in two weeks, then again another two weeks. But still not received. Im in the UK has anyone else experienced delay?

The European lockdown has caused some problems and delays. Now that things are starting to open up again things should improve. Hopefully you shouldn't have to wait too much longer…..  .. Give it a few days yet and if nothing received then send a PM to admin giving your details and order number.... Regards Alan

The CV lockdown really complicated things for the EU and the UK. As Alan mentioned though, things are breaking loose, but you can only imagine the back log! (I’ve seen pics of our local UPS sorting facility. It’s insane!!!)

BTW where do the kits ship from, and when it does ship do I get a tracking number?
