To anyone waiting for replacement parts, have faith.

I wanted to say a very sincere Thank You to 'Admin'- Mark and the higher ups for making my day (Tuesday 6-16-2020).

I had been waiting for a replacement part for my Easy Rider bike since the end of February. Several calls to Customer Service, who are always very helpful, but they can only do so much.

I PM'd 'Admin' here on the forum my particulars just last week and presto - package delivered. It even included the extra parts I paid for to use on my Samba kit.

So if you're waiting for parts do call Customer Service (and be nice). But if it seems to be taking a bit too long send a Pm to Admin with all the info first. He'll take care of you. Above all, be patient.
