Pack 24 contains parts for stages 90-91

Stage 90

Contents: Right fairing, Type D screws x 2, Type H screws x 3

Retrieve the tank (Stage 4) and two type A screws (Stage 89). Place the tank onto the frame, aligning the holes at the sides. Tighten a type A screw into the aligned holes on both sides. Place the seat between the rear fairing and the fuel tank, aligning the hole at the rear with the corresponding hole in the top of the rear fairing. Use a type K screw to secure the seat. Fix the front of the seat in place with a type K screw on either side.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 91

Contents: Left fairing lower, Type H screws x 3

Mount the left fairing (Stage 89) onto the left side of the frame aligning all of the corresponding holes. Fix the fairing at the front with two type H screws and secure the rear of the fairing with a type W screw. Place the right fairing (Stage 90) onto the right side and secure the front end with two type H screws and the rear of the fairing with a type D screw.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 92

Contents: Right fairing lower, Tail hole cover, Type H screws x 4

Take the left fairing lower (Stage 91) and fit it to the bottom of the left fairing, inserting the pins into the holes. Fix the fairing lower to the bottom of the left fairing with three type H screws. Now fit the right fairing lower (Stage 92) to the bottom of the right fairing and the inside of the left fairing lower. Make sure all the parts are properly aligned and then secure the fairing lower with three more type H screws. Take the tail cover and remove the backing from it and fit it into the hole in the tail.

Congratulations! Your Valentino Rossi’s Yamaha YZR-M1 is now complete.
