Hello everybody,
here is my new drone project,
The basis is the Special Forces Tie Fighter from Hasbro in 1:12 scale
the package,

and the content, right on the scales,

out everything that can save weight,

The chunk weighs approximately 4.5kg
The wing height is 65cm and the width is 50cm
A bit much if he should fly, now he still has 1159g
Motors are ordered, a 270W that should be enough
I first designed the brackets for the aluminum frame of the wing, unfortunately the original wing was too heavy and bent,

here the frame construction and where the motors should go,

Here the construction for the motors,

both sashes are finished in terms of frame,

I have taken the wing mount from the original

this is how the propellers are seen in the model at the end, I think almost not at all,

here is my switch solution for the model, because the battery cannot be easily accessed,

and the current building stood,

it continued with the positioning of the electronics,
I thought about building a kind of rack in the cockpit, where I can then firmly install all parts of the control,
the lower beam,

the top bracket with the handrails,

here from above, through the hatch,

and from the front through the windscreen,

the rack is fixed to the top of the cockpit,

The NAZA module has a status LED, which should be visible on the model at all times so that you can see which flight mode you are in or whether there is an error.
This LED is also the interface to the computer to configure it and should always be easily accessible.
I decided to position it under the model,
that housing,

mounted here on the bottom,

the platform for the NAZA module is already finished,

I fix this with a Velcro strap so that it does not fall out of its holder during the flight

That’s it from this construction site
sequel follows
I wish you all a nice Sunday and stay healthy
