Can someone help please. I am missing a small part from my build. The build is taking so long I cant tell if I had the part and it has fallen off or if it was never delivered.
I am trying to get a replacement but I am directed by customer services to locating the part through the web page. I have looked and I cant see how to identify and order the spare part. Waiting for a reply from Customer services seems to take a long while.

Is anyone aware of the procedure.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Firstly, what part are you missing and from which Stage/Pack?

From experience, you are much better calling Customer Services on 0333 240 1227 than waiting for an email response. Having said that, it depends on whether they have that pack in stock, Covid permitting!

Best advice though is give them a call.

Do I need to get the whole pack or the individual part.

Hi Turnwise, BigGrin

Welcome to the forum.Cool

Deag will not replace a single part, but you can get what you need.


Looking at the official build you get three or four stages of parts in each pack.

Deag will send you a complete stage.

So ring customer services and state which stage the part you require is in and then they can sort it for you. When you ring them have that info ready and also have your account/subscription number to hand also.
