Hi all, BigGrin

Spent a few hours at the Lincs Aviation Heritage Museum for a Bank Holiday Special.

Having only recently re-opened and the weather looking good (and was) I paid a visit for the first time in what seems ages.

The Lanc was out, albeit without its wing tips that are under going restoration and made a couple of taxi runs during the day. I also got my first view of the Mosquito since its arrival at the base. This also done two taxi runs.Cool Cool

I have attached some pics of the day, which include some of the other display items.

Hope you enjoy.

Regards

Looks like you had a great day out Derek and the weather gods were looking down on you for good measure! Some great machinery on show there and not just the aircraft - gotta love the Mossie though. Drool

Some useful reference material there, thanks for sharing. ThumpUp

I visit this museum on a regular basis when we`re not being "Locked Down". So if more detailed pics are required and its to far for you to travel, then shoot me a PM with your specific requirements and I`ll get the camera in action on my next visit. (I`m no professional photographer, but will do my best to help).
