Good evening from 'The Dockyard'.

So this week i finished off the starboard main motor and fitted it. The attached photo shows it painted, pin washed and ready for fitting.

I then turned my attention to making the bulkhead door. Its template was cut from the etched brass sheet that makes up the Engine Room bulkhead. I decided to have this bulkhead door open back in Dec 2016 and cut it out then. See attached photo.

I added a seal to the one side using 0.75mm square styrene strip.

That door looks really good.

Trying to get a curve on one corner is hard enough, but 4 corners and it still looks nice and symmetrical - well that is well done.
