Phil As ever another really good build update. Well impressed with your scale accuracy. If that was me i would get to this stage and find nothing fitted because i had made something earlier bigger than it should be. Tony Happy Modelling

Good morning from 'The Dockyard'. The port main motor switchboard is now complete! But before we get to that, the attached photo shows it painted in flat aluminium, a hand rail fitted and several small brass plaques added. Next to it is a small valve body which i fitted prior to fitting the switchboard. I then fitted all the voltmeter and ammeter dials, varnished the whole thing with matt acrylic varnish, pin-washed with thinned matt black to pick out all the panel lines and finally a touch of white pastel to the dials to bring out their shape as they were a little 'lost' being matt black as they were.
