Good morning from 'The Dockyard'. Thank you for the kind comments, much appreciated. So i didn't upload a post last week, even though i had a made a little progress, as i awaited an order of paint and varnish to arrive!  The attached photo shows a heater/motor blower, completed, painted and ready for fitting. The attached photo shows a length of pipework with a valve/handwheel assembly ready for painting. The pipework was made from 2.0mm diameter solder. I found solder to be the best medium for making pipes as it's easily bent to shape and takes paint well. The next job was to make the overhead supports for the switchboard; 3 in total. Fairly quick to make and the attached photo shows them temporarily stuck with double sided tape to a scrap piece of plastic while i painted them. The final piece of detail i made was an electrical locker. I used 1.0mm thick plastic sheet glued to another to make the thickness 2.0mm, cut and filed to shape and a piece of 0.5mm brass rod, bent and fitted to form a handle. The painting is so true to life with that 'lived in damp and grubby' look and those tiny additions really make this model superb! Definitely agree with the 'museum' comments! Very well done.
