A bit of a disappointment - I only received 45 figurines and no Nelson, Hardy and Thomas?

I have now positioned the port side 25 ft cutter and made progress on the starboard side cutter. After making 6 of these small boats the quality is improving - I'm starting to get the hang of it.

I provisionally positioned the cutter and 8 figurines (before painting) on star board side. I'm not sure how many people would be used to hoist the cutter; I allowed for 4 but imagine it would be many more. The other 4 figurines will be off-loading the oars - also not sure if this is correct?

All painted and in position. PS - the kedge anchor is also in position - hardly visible.

Roeland,
Terrific detailing on those figures and lots of imagination.
I love the guy with the rope wrapped around his body.
Keep the pics coming.

There will be less work to refine captain Hardy after his first coat.
Hardy is now finished - in my opinion an improvement on Nelson.

The guns for the cut out are now in progress. I painted the royal cipher on the barrels and had to enlarge the circumference of the middle deck guns as they did not match the dummy guns - this was done with heat shrinking tube. I also had to lower all gun carriages to line up with the dummy guns. Unfortunately I did not do the later two with the previous guns made. The eye bolts are made of 0.2 mm stainless steel wire. I used cast iron paint for the barrels and gave the trucks a wood colour finish with a painted pin.
