Hello all

Just wanted to see if anyone has experienced an issue with a delivery of parts. I received a not enough postage paid card from Royal Mail asking for £10.50. I duly paid this and then received my next delivery of Build the Mustang parts.

Am trying to understand why this might have happened. Will give Customer Services a ring too but any thoughts would be welcome.

Cheers

Mike

Hi Mike, Have to say that's the first time i've heard of anyone having to pay extra postage, but oversights do happen. I am sure if you contact CS on

0330 240 1227

they will surely be able to sort for you.

Regards

I had this recently with another company`s delivery.

The original parcel service had passed the package onto royal mail and they charged me the extra they would have charged if they were the original carrier.

My guess is that this is a similar situation.

Check all the labels on your package and see if there is another carriers label on it.

Spoke to Dan in Customer Services who was really helpful.

It was a mistake and nothing to do with Brexit (we think!)

It looks as though the parcel did the rounds between Model Space, Model Space Returns and a company called Clientbase Fulfilment Ltd.

Postage was paid originally but was misdelivered and sent back out to me with no postage on it. It was over 2kg in weight so got stung for £10.50.

Have provided photos etc and a refund of the £10.50 is due soon.

Thanks all

Mike
