The Thermal detonator is now complete with display stand. Just awaiting the brushed steel Star Wars name plate. The original 3d files for the detonator were designed by “Oubliette” which are available from Thingiverse. I then altered the prints to accommodate real chrome bezels. The internal parts and display stand are my design, and I will be making available for free very soon, should anyone wish to download them. Well, what was an experiment and an introduction to 3d printing, I am reasonable pleased with how it turned out. The pictures really don’t show the chrome very well, so I have included a video which shows it slightly better.
