The figures give the whole model a sense of scale and really conveys the cramped conditions the crew lived and worked in.

Good afternoon from 'The Dockyard'.

So i completed all soldering for the diesel engine support structure including the central walkway.

Top job as always Phil, the level of detail in this when finished will be just mind blowing. Looking forward to the finished build eventually (as I suspect you might be) just to see this model in all of it's glory!!

Good afternoon from 'The Dockyard'.

So this week has seen slow progress, not that much to show to be honest.

I have started to add details to the Engine Room forward bulkhead.

The attached photos shows junction boxes, ancillaries and the bulkhead door itself.

Good evening from 'The Dockyard'.

So this week i have been prepping and painting further part-works supplied details that make up the Engine Room forward bulkhead. I will be adding my own gauges and pipework at a later date, as the supplied parts look a little odd just stuck onto the bulkhead without any connecting pipes or wires.
