Hi All, I’m looking for an airbrush and compressor set, preferably sub £100. Can anyone suggest a decent set for me please? Also I’ve noticed the Badger set, what are the pro’s and cons of this layout. Thanks in advance

Not a brand name I personally know, but has all the features you need. Air tank, keeps pressure fluctuations to a minimum and saves wear and tare on the compressor. Pressure adjustable (with gauge) Moisture trap Double airbrush holder Pressure relief valve on tank and two airbrushes Copy and paste the ebay number into ebay search and you`ll see what I mean. eBay item number:132166170957 Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Agree with Del here. Ive got the self-same compressor, and works just fine. You can adjust the pressure with the regulator, and the reservoir means constant spraying pressure. With the airbrushes, you can always invest in better as your skill level with airbrushing rises. Personally, i dont like the syphon fed brushes. Much prefer the gravity fed (the one with the top-mounted metal cup, rather than under-fed plastic one). However, be warned - you WILL end up buying different airbrushes for differnt jobs, bit like my wife does with her shoes . I have 3. One for primer, one for everyday work, and another for clear coat to avoid cross-contanination. Most importantly, practise a lot, and have fun with it Regards Gray

This is a good starter kit for your price range. I am not a big fan of siphon feed airbrushes. The are ok for laying down primer but that's about it. That is my own personal opinion though, others might disagree. Ebay item number 143633181696 When buying a compressor make sure it has all the above mentioned features That Delboy stated. Most importantly is a tank and a pressure regulator. Best Regards, Ron
