The biggest problem he’s going to have is making sure the jet engine doesn’t blow up. This will be a real risk once the engine goes to maximum power because of the torque and vibration involved. He’s just bolted it to the go-kart, so there definitely will be vibrating.

He should have had the engine on a spring platform and a cooling jacket around the combustion walls to cut the risk of hot spots developing by running cold water through chilled small pipes wound round the exterior chamber walls. Blink

I was thinking the same thing.I could see that engine fly off the mounting and hit him in the back or blow up and set him on fire.
