Hello Phil,
I don't know how but I appear to have missed your two previous updates, but all caught up now and congratulations on your continued excellent modelling skills. I like your subtle pin washes, they're what really brings the model to life by making all of that lovely detail 'pop'! Loving all of that added detail to the various bulkheads too, especially the red valve wheels which give a lot of added interest and colour to the whole compartment?

Good evening from 'The Dockyard'. Thank you all for the comments! So more progress made on fitting parts to the two diesel engines. The attached photo shows the air release cocks fitted. They are still in their brass finish here. Large engines like these can't just be started up like a car and turn a key. They have to be turned over, very slowly using compressed air, to allow the oil and cooling systems to prime correctly and reach pressure. However, the engines would lock up, so the air release cocks are opened during this stage to allow the compressed to escape.
