Priming handwheel painted green to identify as the starboard engine. The port engine priming handwheel was painted red.

That concludes this update and also concludes the fitting of the supplied parts for the kit. Next week i will start to add more pipework as befitting these engines, along with dials and gauges.

Good evening from 'The Dockyard'.

Thank you very much for the nice comments guys! BigGrin

So this week i added some scratch built details to the diesel engines.

I used 0.7mm diameter solder for the pipes. I found solder works really well; easy to bend and shape.

The attached photo shows the front of both diesel engines with scratch built pipework and filters yet to be painted.
