I recently received pack 16 and issue 070 (the roof-main part) came broken. The window frame was broken in the box and I sent a pic to customer service on 03/12.
I received a email response in less than 24 hours saying that they would mail out another issue 070 and it would come from Europe in 2-3 weeks.
It has been almost 2 weeks and no tracking number or replacement part.
Can someone please check in to make sure this has been processed.

Hello,
Parts replacement from the UK is slow. 2-3 weeks is a bit optimistic, as experiences have shown.
That said, you WILL NOT be getting any communication re posting or tracking. The system they use is not set up for that. They’ll appear, when they do. (Fun, I know...)
