My Debit card expired last year and I was informed by an email to an address not used anymore. I rang Customer support and gave my new card details and waited 2 months and still no parts, since then I have phoned and given my card details 5 times and every week followed it up after various excuses including Germany losing the details and my bank declining the transaction requests which the bank have no record of. On my last weekly call I was promised updates to my new email address but nothing, really peed off now. Cannot even take them to court as they are in Germany so £500 down the drain and a 90% finished model
