Just been let down by this company, been told for months they are waiting for delivery of
Thunderbird 2 full kit , now being told they are not selling this and may be transferred to the
Fanhome site , must have known about this and kept me hanging on , awful customer relations.

Hi Twigs,
What customer service told you was the best information they had available at the time. I know it’s frustrating for you, but we are all in the same boat at the moment, (I’m not belittling your frustration by the way) The main reason is the Covid crisis, lots of stock and kits are stuck in the system at the mo. Once things start easing you will probably find that there will be stock available.
With regards to Fanhome? Fanhome is part of DeAgostini and is a new Venture, you could always contact them for updates, I would contact Admin by PM here and Mark I’m sure will give you a little more info. 😃

The reply I received stated that they are not doing TB2 at the moment but to keep checking the Fanhome site. So it’s not a definite No so keep checking and it might pop up at some point. I have already been in touch with fanhome and
They don’t know anything as well , somebody must
Know if you are still doing kit , I know that I will not hear
From anybody again being it yes or no , or keep an eye
On website , don’t help really ?????

Thanku Alan , just want to know , would pay anything to get this kit , loved thunderbird 2 since my childhood I am now 63
And am recovering from bowel cancel hence my frustration of all this , thanku for your help , don’t want to buy from Japan.
