Less than Impressed by the kit's effort at re-creating these parts. Even if you get them to fit, the steering is then immovable because the parts are so rigid Oh!... and theres a bloody great seam down the middle. My solution... a large 'flexible' straw. I hope the conduit works well. I'd considered that but wondered if it would be flexible enough. The diameter you've ordered sounds about 'bang-on'.

Flexible conduit non-split made out of nylon Internal diameter 9mm Fits like a glove and as flexible as a rubber band I ordered a 1 meter length of eBay uk at a cost of £3:00 Hope this helps you all Thanks John-gt40
