Hi All!

I sent photos of two KAGAs' diorama.

One KAGA is Japan Marine Self-Defence Force (JMSDF) DDH helicopter carrier of , "かが". Another is IJN aircraft carrier KAGA, "加賀".

JMSDF KAGA is a 1:700 plastic model of Pitlaord and the other is the same scale kit of FUJIMI. (No.1)

While "Stay home period against COVID-19" I don't have nothing to do other than building models in my house.

Best Regards,
Yutaro

Beautiful work on both ships Yutaro!Cool Cool
Brings back memories of the movie "The Final Countdown"!BigGrin It always seems that they packed a heck of a lot more aircraft on the old WW2 carriers than you see on the modern ones even though they're bigger!

Hi mwb, Mark, Robin and Alan!

Thank you for your comments on my post. I'm sorry to be late for sending reply.

This diorama is a gift for my friend. He lives in ISHIKA prefecture in Japan. The ancient name of ISHIKAWA prefecture was KAGA. These ships are named after this prefectural ancient name.

Best Regards,
Yutaro
