Has anyone else had problems getting the canopy to close down onto the fuselage tightly? It seems to be stopped by the front edge of the control panel holding it up. Please help!

There is a slight gap on mine as well, not to much to worry about. I did try and push the front pipe away as I thought that was causing it. Mark

Have you screwed down the cockpit dash to the cockpit shell. I noticed it doesn't sit on the screw pegs well and needs some fiddling.

The magazine omits 4 screws that pulls down black control panel to the cockpit shell.
You need to put these screws in before the canopy lies flat
