I haven't received anything on my subscription since May. Now I see all Star Wars kits have been removed from the website. I've written serval times and have not received a response. Does anyone know if they will be fulfilling subscriptions or am I stuck in the middle of a build?

All existent subs through DeAgostini US will still be fulfilled by DeAgostini. What parts pack are you waiting on?

I made it to Pack #40 and it stopped. Would love to see this build through to the end.

Whenever I had issues with Hachette, they sent a letter out to all subscribers telling them what was happening and when it would hopefully be resolved by. Absolutely nada from DA, and I hope someone forwards this comment up the chain

nothing here since november ... still waiting pack 15 , very very disapointed ... if i could change my mind ,,,i'll would and buy an ucs lego instead this subscription .... no consideration for customer

For whatever reason, pack 15 has been a problem for ages. The last I heard was that there is still known arrival date. The only reassurance I can offer is that you are guaranteed of getting it. When though…
