So the inside side sponson`s detail`s moulded on and the spare periscopes are the wrong way round ,i`ve marked them in red before i remove them the cables will be replaced with solder and some plastic rod the periscopes and holder are in with the after market ones i got from shapeways also i will replace the cable junction box, also on the rear the lug for the rear idler needs removing

The electric junction box next this is my first attempt too big so started on making another

Where the interlocking plates meet on the lower hull they are not present so started on replicating them buy first marking them, then cutting them with a pcutter then i will remove the piece with a micro chisel add the plate marks then add weld beads around the edges

Then a New Engine Hatch which has the internal details missing from the kit part this is from Shapeways

So the interlocking joints are now complete the rough texture is modelling putty layered on then using a scalpel to make the lines then the weld beads applied these are from the archer range of decals
