I would like to do a scratch model of something that has not been done before. At first I thought to build the Meermin, a South African story; but I got my eyes now on the Haarlem (1647) a predecessor to Van Riebeecks Dromedaris. very little is known about this ship but then again... It will take a lot of research - but I do think I have the basics in place now - and still learning every day.

Great looking build. I love it. I need to have a better look at some of the mods you've done to the cutout ans they look great. I've got some ideas in mind to add the detail but I look the way you showed the structure of the frames. Well done Tom
