I bought issue 57 and found the same issue as everyone else. The 1.5x6 parts are all 240mm instead of 300. I have a feeling that ALL the parts will be like that so my question. Can I use those 5x240 ones even if I have to glue some together, or MUST they be 300?

And if I can glue them, are they visible or completely covered?

Sent off for replacement which arrived and all correct although take note of the what others have said about the actual sizes needed.

My view is though, do what it says on the tin and then everyone is happy.

As John says, the 240mm length is adequate for the task these strips are used for (poop deack beams), and replacement is not necessary.
