Anyone know what the UK status of this at the moment? Not had anything for over a month, no emails communication if there are shipping delays etc. Is there a UK telephone number (that is answered) or email? Noticed it was also removed from the website when they redesigned it.

I would assume its due to this change-over payment system. Have you had any emails asking you to veriy your bank details? (Don't worry, i haven't either, but they are supposed to be contacting everyone by phone as well).

The best UK number i have is 0333 240 1227. You WILL be asked to hold, but they will also answer. Try them, they should be able to answer your query.

Quick update called them and it is to do with the payment system change. I pay via PayPal which wasn't supposed to be affected but was apparently. Asked to give them another call in a week or so if no payment taken still.

Hi All

Has anybody had any joy with the new payment system?

I've not received any Mig29 parts since July 2021 and it's getting more than a little frustrating, particualrly when every email reply I get from CS simply says that head office will be in touch next week to take my payment details - they've been saying that since last September and I've still heard nothing. How on earth can it take so long to integrate a new payment system?!

I've heard rumors that they've gone bust which might explain things. Can anybody shed any light?

Just had a payment taken yesterday via PayPal. The reason I was told my December payment skipped was because the issues due were out of stock. SO I am now missing 96-100. Had a payment early Jan for issues 101-105 which arrived OK. Hopefully this payment taken this week is for the missing issues as its a bit early otherwise.
