Ice storm yesterday , spare time to work on the exhaust headers. I found some plastic tubing in my spare parts to section in and make the top pipe crossovers, very time consuming though , making the sectioning in the right place, I drilled out the centers and ran a metal rod inside for strength. Once I was OK with the shape and joints, the pipes are spray painted with. Tamiya PS23 Gunmetal for polycarbonate followed by a flat clear TS80. Finally some exhaust springs are fabbed from floral wire wound around a small diameter piano wire and holes drilled in the tailpipe bracket to run the ends through:

Nice work on those modified headers Eagle (what is your real name btw?) and those exhaust springs are a vast improvement on the simple raised plastic lines on the kit parts which look more like weld seams than springs!

Very nice, well done.
