Hello, I have been waiting for 2 years for one last stage to finish this model. Now US costumer service doesn’t exist apparently. I need stage 23 parts 75-77. Please help

What is going on with Deagostini. I have waiting almost a year for 3 packs of the contact and 3 packs of the Jaguar to complete the model. I am also waiting on the Dodge Charger. I received pack 4 2 years ago and since then nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. It’s like they faded into a black hole.
