Received this email from Customer Services this morning. Has anyone else received one? It seems genuine as i rang CS to clarify their offer. Asked if it also applied to outstanding Falcon issues, but seemed a bit vague (just asked me to confirm what issues i am waiting for).

We would like to inform you that we are going to move to a new warehouse. In order not to interrupt your subscription, we would like to offer you to complete your subscription faster than expected and receive the rest of the model all at one with a 20% discount.

Please let us know if this option might be interesting for you.

Please be informed that the shipments of the parcels could take some time since we are checking the stock availability. However, you will receive the remaining parcels in one shipment only within the next months.

We ask you to confirm which is the last package you have received.

Not sure they know what they are doing.

Had around 3 emails asking for payment details that cs said just to ignore.

Then had an email saying as we have not heard from you we have cancelled your account.

Then get the same email that Gray received. Asking if i wanted to complete my build quicker (but amusingly) then stating they have a parts shortage.

Only to then get a letter fromSalzburg, Austria on Saturday basically saying that as i had not responded my account had been cancelled.
