I finally finished my GT40. Wanted to get a display case for it. Went to a case supplier I used in the past. What a shock! On May 4, 2021, I bought a case for the 1/8 LaFerrari I built. $200. When I looked up the price for the same case for the GT40, $386!!! Almost a 100% increase in a year! I'm currently building the IXO Porsche 917. They have a display case for the Porsche on their site that will fit the GT40 for 99 euro, $105. I'm buying 2 or 3 of them.
