Hi all, so what happened here.

Both parts were painted at the same time, with the same primer and the same top coat, I decided to give them a second coat and this happened

Hi Ken, Blink

I`m assuming you airbrushed that and my guess is that there was some airbrush cleaner left in the airbrush maybe. Confused

It was airbrushed but if it was in the paint why is it not on both parts.

Hi Ken

If you painted the piece that went bad first then the airbrush has been cleaned out with the paint flow on that part, so that when you painted the good part it worked ok.

Or, (and I`m guessing again) did you wipe anything over the bad part that has left a residue behind before the second coat?
