Hit this problem several times today(just trying to read a thread). Including in middle of generating a post. Strangely it allowed me to post and seemed to be complete.
Reassured that I'm not the only one!!

Hi Suey,
I went onto the web and loaded the DeAgostini forum, then saved this to my desktop. Deleted the old icon.
This seems to have cured the recurring problem.
