Cannot get in touch with Model Space Options

I have sent at least 2 emails regarding replacing a part in Phase 54, Pack 07 for the Ferrari 312T4 with no response. I ordered another Phase a month or so ago with no problems
I even used their updated customer service email

I have read many complaints about contacting Customer Service. I am in the U.S. and have had excellent response form CS. They have responded within a day and followed through with their actions. I have simply filled out the contact form.
Maybe the key is to contact the U.S. office if you are in the U.S.

Contacting UK CS will do you no good if you’re in the US. Give the US CS number a call, and you’ll get taken care of.
