Some great extra details going in there Roy. I really like the engine turn pattern technique on the dashboard. Looking stunning. Malc.

Many thanks for peeping in chaps. Much appreciated. The cockpit section is now sorted, leather seat fixed in and the body screwed in place. The firewall is notoriously about 3mm too high so there's a daft 'ridge' there. It's been cut down, sanded and carefully painted so now it's all level. Rear body section is only in place at present as it hasn't been painted yet. Just checking the fit. Cylinder head had the coil and distributor fitted as well as the wiring. Again, only placed on the model to see how it looks. Moving along now. Another week or so should see it done. roymattblack attached the following image(s):

Right. One wheel finished. I'd guess around 3-4 hours work, not rushing. Actually quite straightforward if a bit fiddly but much easier than the DeAgostini E Type wheels. 3 more to go... roymattblack attached the following image(s):

Ok, all 4 wheels now sorted and fitted. Rear body screwed into place and exhaust wrapped and sorted. Only the nose shroud, bonnet, screen and tonneau to go. I've printed new decals to go on the body as the supplied kit paper stickers are terrible. Looking at the finish line now. roymattblack attached the following image(s):

Final parts today. Getting the bonnet parts to fit properly was a bit of a pain. A lot of careful trimming and fettling but it got there in the end. Assorted small details attended to and decals applied. Right - what next? roymattblack attached the following image(s):
