Finally got to finish the Fiat 130 Hp F2 ( 1907 ). A 1970's kit that proved to be a bit of a challenge to get the look that I wanted.
Fortunately all the parts ( except the drive chain rivet jig ) were in the box and I added some "hop-up" options from Model Motorcars.
A nice addition to my collection of race car models.BigGrin

Thanks Kev. Really appreciate your comments. It was a build that featured some stuff that i hadn't done before. Quite the challenge BigGrin

Not sure which kit to start next BigGrin

Credit where it's due Malc and well deserved after such an excellent build.
As for your next kit, I always say build the one that you would like to finish the most if you only had enough time left to build one more!

Whatever you choose, (I would love to see another McLaren) I'm sure it will be another stunner!! ThumpUp

P.S. - I must make a start on my MFH 1:12 James Hunts' 1977 McLaren M26 sometime soon!

Thanks Kev. Good advice on the choice of next kit to start. ThumpUpThumpUp It might just be the MFH 1/12 Lotus 49 ( Jim Clark ). A real classic

That M26 will be a great one to build. Can't wait to see that on the go.BigGrin

Hello Malc,

The MFH 1:12 Jim Clark Lotus 49 would be a very good choice, one of the all-time classic Grand Prix cars and a completely revolutionary car when it first appeared in 1967! What a car and what a model that would be!

Almost bought the MFH 1:12 'Yardley' McLaren M19A the other week, a beautiful shape to that car, but have to restrain myself in the current economic climate!!! Sad Crying

Kev
